Hänel Storage Systems

Here is Hänel Storage Systems in plain terms. Hänel' has stood for innovative solutions in automated records and materials handling. The job it does: keeping every contact, deal and follow-up in one place so nothing slips.

It makes the most sense for sales teams and founders who are tired of spreadsheets. Alongside the main category they mention CRM. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Hänel Storage Systems is based in Warrendale, Pennsylvania. You can read more at hanel.us.

Things worth asking about: pipeline stages, email sync, mobile app, and what reporting costs extra. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Hänel Storage Systems, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
