H & S Computers

H & S Computers is a computer shop that specializes in the sales of cables, wireless adapters, routers, printers, flash drives, and webcams. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting, Hardware and Professional Services, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

H & S Computers is based in Girard, Pennsylvania. Their site is hscomputers.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with H & S Computers, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
