Gurusoft

Gurusoft provides IT and software solutions for SAP and ERP services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. They also list Customer Service and Delivery, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Gurusoft is based in Missouri City, Texas. Their site is gurusoftinc.com.
