GruupMeet is a simplified version of all event management tools to execute meetings. Put simply, it is about running projects, docs and workflows in one shared workspace.

It makes the most sense for teams that want fewer tools. They also list Travel, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.
