GroupSoft Systems

GroupSoft Systems is an IT firm that deals with product development, software, applications, consultation and training services. In practice that means designing and building iOS and Android apps.

The natural audience is businesses launching or rebuilding an app. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting and Training. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

GroupSoft Systems is based in Truro, Massachusetts and around since 1993. More on groupsoft.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio quality, app store experience, and maintenance terms. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
