Gritly

Gritly is a career accelerator focused on launching diverse communities into entry-level roles. The job it does: posting jobs, collecting applicants and moving them through interviews.

It makes the most sense for recruiters and hiring managers. Related areas on their profile: Recruiting and Staffing Agency. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Gritly is based in Denver, Colorado and around since 2019. More on gritly.us.

Things worth asking about: job board syndication, interview scheduling, and reporting. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
