Greydex

Greydex is an information technology company that offers networking, security, and audiovisual services. Put simply, it is about assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

The natural audience is companies without a full security team. Alongside the main category they mention Audio/Visual Equipment and Security. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Greydex is based in Ormond Beach, Florida. You can read more at greydex.com.

Our checklist for this category: response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Greydex, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
