Gremmer & Associates

Gremmer & Associates is a consulting company that provides project delivery services. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: CAD, Consulting and Project Management. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Gremmer & Associates is based in Fond Du Lac, Wisconsin. You can read more at gremmerassociates.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
