GreenSuite

GreenSuite is a SAAS based efficiency information portal for utility companies. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Information Services, so expect those to show up in the feature set.

GreenSuite is based in Westfield, Indiana. More on mygreensuite.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
