Green Badger

Green Badger provides cloud-based automation and compliance solutions for the green construction industry. Put simply, it is about leases, rent, maintenance and tenant communication.

It makes the most sense for property managers and landlords. They also list Architecture, Construction, Green Building, GreenTech and Real Estate, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Green Badger is based in Savannah, Georgia and founded in 2013. Their site is getgreenbadger.com.
