Greater Than Zero

Greater Than Zero is an IT company that specializes in software development solutions and consulting services. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Greater Than Zero is based in New City, New York and founded in 1993. Their site is gtz.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Greater Than Zero, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
