Grapevine Technologies

Grapevine Technology is an information technology services company. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Information Services, Recruiting, Staffing Agency and Web Development. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Grapevine Technologies is based in Fairfield, Connecticut. More on grapevinetech.org.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Grapevine Technologies, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
