Grand Canyon Business Solutions

Grand Canyon Business Solutions is an IT services company that offers cyber security, automation, and printing solutions. In practice that means assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

It makes the most sense for companies without a full security team. They also list Customer Service, Cyber Security, Electronics and Hardware, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Grand Canyon Business Solutions is based in Scottsdale, Arizona. More on gcbscorp.com.

Things worth asking about: response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
