Grace Innovation

Grace Innovation is a software firm that offers business development, company technology, and marketing initiatives. Put simply, it is about running campaigns, content and ads for clients who do not have an in-house team.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized businesses. Related areas on their profile: Cloud Security, CRM, Cyber Security, DevOps and Digital Marketing. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Grace Innovation is based in Nyack, New York. More on graceinnovation.com.

Things worth asking about: who does the work day to day, reporting cadence, and contract length. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
