GovSense

GovSense is the first unified, true-cloud software specifically tailored to local government needs. Put simply, it is about solving a specific business problem with software.

The natural audience is teams in its space. Alongside the main category they mention Cloud Infrastructure, Communities, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and GovTech. As a small product team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

GovSense is based in Alpharetta, Georgia and founded in 2015. More on govsense.com.

Before you commit, look at pricing, support, and how it fits with the tools you already use. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
