GoToShift

GoToShift provides a cloud-based shift scheduling platform and app, offering shift flexibility to employees. Put simply, it is about building staff schedules and letting people swap shifts without chaos.

It makes the most sense for retail, hospitality and healthcare teams. They also list Mobile Apps and Scheduling, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

GoToShift is based in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. Their site is gotoshift.com.

Before you commit, look at labor rules, mobile apps, and time clock features. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
