GOLS Consulting

GOLS Consulting is a software development and consulting company. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

GOLS Consulting is based in Seattle, Washington. Their site is golsinc.com.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with GOLS Consulting, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
