GoDeskless

GoDeskless is the only Mobile-First FSM solution that fully equips businesses to deliver service excellence in the field. The job it does: building AI products and features, often for other companies.

It makes the most sense for companies adding AI to a product. Related areas on their profile: Artificial Intelligence (AI). They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

GoDeskless is based in San Diego, California and founded in 2015. More on godeskless.com.

Things worth asking about: track record, data handling, and who owns the models. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
