Go2Group

IT consulting firm focused on providing professional services and solutions around digital transformation (Agile, DevOps, Cloud). That is the short version of Go2Group. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Consulting and DevOps. As a mid-sized company team themselves (51 to 200 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best.

Go2Group is based in Bel Air, Maryland and founded in 2002. More on go2group.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Go2Group well, your review carries weight here.
