Globaltmail USA

Globaltmail USA provides telecom services to companies, groups, political candidates, and organizations. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Service Industry and Telecommunications, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Globaltmail USA is based in Tooele, Utah and founded in 2007. Their site is groupcaller.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
