Global Tech Designs

Global Tech Designs is an information technology company that provides data backup and recovery services. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Customer Service, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Global Tech Designs is based in Albany, New York. More on globaltechdesigns.com.
