Global IT Solutions

Global IT Solutions is an IT firm specializing in ERP implementation, cloud solutions, and product development. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Cloud Data Services, Information Services and Project Management, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Global IT Solutions is based in Minneapolis, Minnesota and around since 2006. You can read more at globalitsolutionsinc.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
