Global Business Solutions

Global Business Solutions is a technology solution provider company that provides managed services, IT, security and cabling solutions. In practice that means assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

It makes the most sense for companies without a full security team. They also list Outsourcing and Security, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Global Business Solutions is based in Newport, Kentucky and founded in 1995. You can read more at gbs-inc.com.

Before you commit, look at response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Global Business Solutions well, your review carries weight here.
