Gilbert Global

Gilbert Global provides IT project management consulting services. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting, Management Consulting and Project Management. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Gilbert Global is based in Alpharetta, Georgia and founded in 2019. You can read more at gilbertglobalgroup.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
