Geocode Earth

Geocode Earth is a software tool that provides global location data, navigation and content localization features. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting, Geospatial and Open Source, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Geocode Earth is based in New York, New York. Their site is geocode.earth.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Geocode Earth, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
