Genesta

Genesta is a supply chain systems development and technology deployment firm that specializes in warehouse inventory management. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation and Warehousing. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Genesta is based in Rockwall, Texas and founded in 1995. Their site is genesta.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Genesta well, your review carries weight here.
