Generation Fifth Applications

Generation Fifth Applications (GFA) offers the industry leading solution for library archival and retrieval software. Put simply, it is about handling IT tickets, assets and changes in an organized way.

Who is it for? Mostly IT departments. They also list IT Management and Mobile Apps, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Generation Fifth Applications is based in Tiverton, Rhode Island. You can read more at gfatech.com.
