Gemma

Gemma is a Consumer Electronics Manufacturing firm making automatic makeup applicating machine. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Beauty, Hardware, Machine Learning and Robotics, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Gemma is based in Dallas, Texas. More on gemmarobotics.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
