GearJot

GearJot makes asset management easier and streamlines operations, fatten margins, gather data and improves business productivity. The job it does: running reviews, goals and feedback on a regular cycle.

Who is it for? Mostly people teams and managers. Related areas on their profile: Application Performance Management and Fleet Management. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

GearJot is based in Lexington, Kentucky and founded in 2015. More on gearjot.com.

Things worth asking about: review templates, goal tracking, and anonymity options. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with GearJot, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
