Futuredash

FutureDash enables you to ‘see your world differently'. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consumer Electronics, Energy, Sensor and Wireless. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Futuredash is based in Laguna Beach, California and founded in 2008. You can read more at futuredash.com.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

The facts above come from public company records. The score will come from people like you. Used Futuredash? Rate it.
