Future Systems Solutions

Future Systems Solutions, Inc. was founded in 1986 to develop software solutions that enhance the operation of existing systems. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Information Services. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Future Systems Solutions is based in Indianapolis, Indiana. Their site is fssdev.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Future Systems Solutions well, your review carries weight here.
