Future South Technologies

Future South Technologies provides IT and consulting solutions focused on network and systems engineering, phone systems, and development. Put simply, it is about running projects, docs and workflows in one shared workspace.

The natural audience is teams that want fewer tools. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Future South Technologies is based in Metairie, Louisiana. Their site is futuresouth.us.

Things worth asking about: automation limits, permissions, and per-seat cost at scale. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Future South Technologies, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
