Fusion Connect is a next-gen managed communication service provider (MCSP) enabling enterprises to connect people and applications globally. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Communications Infrastructure, IT Infrastructure, Telecommunications and Unified Communications, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a large team, 501 to 1,000 people, which usually shapes who they work with. At that size expect formal onboarding, documentation and a longer sales cycle.
