Functional Specs

Functional Specs offers software development and sales services. The job it does: building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

Who is it for? Mostly companies with a specific process to automate. Related areas on their profile: Sales and Software Engineering. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Functional Specs is based in Woburn, Massachusetts. More on axiomaticdesign.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

The facts above come from public company records. The score will come from people like you. Used Functional Specs? Rate it.
