Fulcrum Workforce Solutions

Fulcrum Workforce Solutions is a job placement firm for technical tasks. In practice that means building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

It makes the most sense for companies with a specific process to automate. They also list Analytics, Human Resources and Recruiting, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Fulcrum Workforce Solutions is based in San Diego, California. You can read more at fulcrumworks.com.

Our checklist for this category: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Fulcrum Workforce Solutions, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
