FSS Group

FSS Group provides accounting, payroll, financial management, and IT consulting services that offer insights for better decision-making. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Accounting, Consulting and Financial Services. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

FSS Group is based in Utica, New York and around since 1998. More on fssgroupinc.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
