Front Line Systems

Front Line Systems provides software, CRM, ERP, warehouse management and manufacturing software solutions. In practice that means keeping every contact, deal and follow-up in one place so nothing slips.

It makes the most sense for sales teams and founders who are tired of spreadsheets. Related areas on their profile: CRM and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Front Line Systems is based in Minneapolis, Minnesota and around since 1993. More on flsinc.net.

Before you commit, look at pipeline stages, email sync, mobile app, and what reporting costs extra. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
