Friedrich Software Resources

Friedrich Software Resources covers web analytics, engineering software, expense management and services. The job it does: building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

It makes the most sense for companies with a specific process to automate. Alongside the main category they mention Analytics and Management Information Systems. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Friedrich Software Resources is based in Houston, Texas and around since 1998. You can read more at friedrichsoftware.com.

Our checklist for this category: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Friedrich Software Resources, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
