Frey Consulting

Frey Consulting is provider of executive professional staffing and recruiting services for business clientele. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Consulting and Human Resources. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Frey Consulting is based in Mandeville, Louisiana and founded in 2001. You can read more at frey-group.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Frey Consulting well, your review carries weight here.
