FreightFriend

FreightFriend is a cloud-based, AI-powered truckload procurement solution to help shippers and brokers. In practice that means building AI products and features, often for other companies.

Who is it for? Mostly companies adding AI to a product. Alongside the main category they mention Artificial Intelligence (AI), Logistics and Transportation. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

FreightFriend is based in Chicago, Illinois and around since 2011. You can read more at freightfriend.com.

Things worth asking about: track record, data handling, and who owns the models. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with FreightFriend, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
