Freeman Solutions

Freeman Solutions is an IT consulting firm that offers software support, IT management, VoIP installations, networking, and cloud services. The job it does: assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

The natural audience is companies without a full security team. Related areas on their profile: Cloud Management, Consulting, IT Management, Network Security and VoIP. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Freeman Solutions is based in Oviedo, Florida. Their site is freeman-solutions.com.

Before you commit, look at response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Freeman Solutions, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
