Freedomsoft

Freedomsoft is an IT company that develops point-of-sale software solutions for the automotive sector. The job it does: building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

Who is it for? Mostly companies with a specific process to automate. Alongside the main category they mention Automotive and Service Industry. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Freedomsoft is based in Asheboro, North Carolina. Their site is tireshopsoftware.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Freedomsoft well, your review carries weight here.
