Franklin Associates

Franklin Associate is a leading Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) and Solid Waste Management consulting firm providing services since 1974. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting. They are a mid-sized team, 201 to 500 people, which usually shapes who they work with.

Franklin Associates is based in Overland Park, Kansas and around since 1974. Their site is fal.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Franklin Associates, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
