FoxMetrics, a personalization platform, allows users to collect & analyze customer actions through computers, mobile, and web applications. The job it does: building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

Who is it for? Mostly companies with a specific process to automate. They also list Ad Targeting and Personalization, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.
