FoundOPS

FoundOPS was a web startup that provided field service logistics for small and mid-sized businesses. In practice that means building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

The natural audience is companies with a specific process to automate. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

FoundOPS is based in West Lafayette, Indiana and around since 2011. Their site is foundops.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
