Fortressware

Fortressware provides solutions that secure data and intellectual property belonging to outsource providers. The job it does: assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

Who is it for? Mostly companies without a full security team. Related areas on their profile: Security. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Fortressware is based in Los Altos, California and founded in 2004. More on fortressw.com.

Before you commit, look at response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
