FormTrek

FormTrek offers software technology to solve migration projects using Nintex tools. In practice that means running reviews, goals and feedback on a regular cycle.

Who is it for? Mostly people teams and managers. They also list Application Performance Management and Product Management, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

FormTrek is based in Buffalo, Minnesota. More on formtrek.com.
