Formsly

Formsly offers a no-code platform to create, customize, and manage online forms and surveys for data collection and automation. Put simply, it is about making developers faster with better editors, debuggers and workflows.

Who is it for? Mostly software teams. Alongside the main category they mention Developer Platform and Web Development. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Formsly is based in New York, New York. You can read more at formsly.app.
