Formsite

Formsite is an online platform that enables its users to build online forms and surveys. The job it does: making developers faster with better editors, debuggers and workflows.

The natural audience is software teams. Related areas on their profile: Developer Tools, E-Commerce and Market Research. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Formsite is based in Downers Grove, Illinois and around since 1998. Their site is formsite.com.

Things worth asking about: language support, team features, and privacy of your code. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Formsite well, your review carries weight here.
