FormDocs

FormDocs LLC has been developing the FormDocs family of electronic forms design ,form filler and forms automation software since 2003. The job it does: connecting machines, sensors and robots to software that controls or monitors them.

The natural audience is manufacturers and operators. Related areas on their profile: Industrial Automation. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

FormDocs is based in Andover, Massachusetts and around since 2003. You can read more at formdocs.com.

Things worth asking about: hardware compatibility, uptime, and support. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

Nobody has reviewed FormDocs on Revaw yet. If you use it, your rating goes first, and it takes about twenty seconds.
